Job Summary

Support senior operations leadership to manage building services, security, and facilities for a Grade A commercial office, ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and asset value preservation.

Responsibilities

• Support senior operations lead in managing building services, security, and facilities for a Grade A commercial office asset
• Oversee daily operations to achieve service standards, meet KPIs, and comply with regulatory requirements
• Lead and coordinate internal teams and external service providers to sustain high operational performance
• Develop, review, and enhance SOPs, business continuity, and emergency response plans to improve operational resilience
• Ensure compliance with statutory, building, safety, and workplace health regulations through proactive monitoring
• Liaise effectively with authorities, consultants, and stakeholders on regulatory and operational matters
• Manage inspections, preventive maintenance, contract administration, and service renewals to maintain asset quality
• Plan, control, and report on OPEX and CAPEX budgets, tenders, and asset improvement projects to optimize expenditures
• Monitor service quality, risk management, and emergency preparedness to uphold Grade A standards

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Facilities Management, Building Management, or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ managerial experience in property or facilities management
• Proven experience managing Grade A commercial office buildings
• Strong vendor, contract, security, and parking operations management skills
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and building documentation accurately
• Sound knowledge of building services, compliance, and safety standards
• Relevant safety and security qualifications and experience

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Environmental certifications advantageous
• Demonstrated commercial judgment and stakeholder management skills
• Confident leadership capabilities
