We’re Hiring: Associate Network Engineer

Join us in delivering seamless telecommunication service provisioning and technical support for a dynamic IT environment. If you have experience in network configuration, service activation, and troubleshooting, this role offers an exciting opportunity to work on end-to-end network solutions and service delivery.

Job Highlights

Contract Duration: 12 months Contract
Salary: Up to $3,800/month
Location: Serangoon North Ave 5
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours (with rotating Saturday & standby duties)
Qualification: Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field

🧩 Key Responsibilities

Service Deployment:

• Configure, test, and activate telecommunication services (voice, ethernet, DWDM).
• Implement network solutions to meet customer specifications and contractual commitments.
• Perform end-to-end service testing and troubleshooting during provisioning.
• Integrate new customer services into existing network infrastructure.

Technical Support:

• Provide technical guidance to customers and internal teams during service activation.
• Diagnose and resolve provisioning issues within SLA guidelines.
• Deliver Level 2/3 technical support for provisioning-related issues.

Collaboration:

• Coordinate with network engineering teams and vendors for smooth service implementation.
• Work with third-party vendors and partners to ensure seamless connectivity solutions.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of provisioning activities and configurations.
• Prepare and update technical documentation, workflows, and user guides.
• Generate reports on service delivery performance and provisioning timelines.

Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities to enhance provisioning efficiency and service delivery.
• Assist in automating repetitive tasks and improving workflows.

✅ Who We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in IT Helpdesk, network provisioning, or technical support environment.
• Strong understanding of telecommunication services and network infrastructure.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to support rotating Saturday shifts (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM) after training.
• Open to participating in after-office hours standby rotation when required.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
