About the Role

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, working closely with stakeholders across the organization to analyze processes, gather requirements, and deliver impactful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze the organization and design its processes and systems, including assessing the business model and its integration with technology.

• Evaluate the current state of business operations, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution.

• Research, gather, and synthesize information from multiple sources to produce actionable insights.

• Perform testing of build artefacts to ensure they behave in accordance with business requirements.

• Operate independently and develop deep subject matter expertise in relevant domains.

• Actively participate and contribute in team discussions, providing well-reasoned solutions to work-related problems.

• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and foster effective collaboration among stakeholders.

• Create detailed documentation to support the design and implementation of business solutions.

• Utilize data analysis techniques to inform decision-making and drive process improvements.

• Engage in continuous learning to stay current with industry trends and best practices.

• Support project management activities to ensure the timely delivery of project milestones.

Requirements

1. Requirements Analysis

Intermediate — Ability to elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements across multiple stakeholder groups.

2. Process Design

Intermediate — Experience analyzing and redesigning business processes and systems to improve efficiency and alignment with strategic goals.

3. Data Analysis

Working knowledge — Comfortable using data analysis techniques to support decision-making and process improvement initiatives.

4. Stakeholder Facilitation

Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops, drive collaborative discussions, and build consensus across diverse groups.

5. Documentation

Strong written communication skills with experience producing clear, detailed documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
