Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Cucumber, and other industry-standard tools like, Zephyr, Playwright, TestRail, JIRA
Code / Script in a language like Java, Javascript, Python or Typescript
Write scripts using SQL scripting
Some projects may require Manual Testing/UAT type methods but the main focus will be to automate these manual processes.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and quality assurance teams to understand requirements and create comprehensive test plans.
Execute test cases, analyze results, and report defects.
Identify opportunities for test automation and drive continuous improvement.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall quality of the software development process.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in test automation.

5-10+ years of experience
At least 3 years of software test automation experience
Proven experience in test automation using Selenium and/or Cucumber and any of the following: Java AND/OR Python
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.
Familiarity with any of these tools or those similar to Zephyr, Playwright, TestRail, JIRA
Must have some SQL scripting experience
Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc)
Some financial services / financial markets industry experience is essential
