Maintenance Technician

Title: Maintenance Technician Job ID: 21525 Location: Aero - 501 Airport Rd, SG Description Job Description: • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment, and building systems • Diagnose faults and perform repairs on equipments and facility issues • Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance issues and safety risks • Respond to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns promptly • Maintain accurate maintenance records, checklists, and work orders • Ensure tools, equipment, and spare parts are properly maintained and stored • Coordinate and supervise external contractors and service providers • Comply with workplace safety, health, and environmental regulations • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency • Assist in emergency response situations (e.g. power failure, water leaks, fire alarms) Requirements • NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Maintenance, or related fields • Relevant experience in facilities and machines maintenance, engineering, or technical roles • Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and/or automation systems • Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices and troubleshooting techniques • Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and schematics • Physically fit and willing to perform hands‑on technical work
