Finance Manager (NetSuite Implementation)

Looking for an experienced Finance Manager to support the ongoing enhancement of the finance function, with a strong focus on the successful implementation of NetSuite. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in core financial processes, system transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Play a key role in the end-to-end implementation of NetSuite, including configuration, testing, data migration, and user training
• Support the design and rollout of streamlined financial processes aligned with NetSuite functionality
• Assist in developing financial workflows and reporting structures to ensure accurate and timely outputs
• Contribute to core finance activities including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow tracking, and management reporting
• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls, external audit requirements, and applicable regulatory standards
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve data integrity and financial visibility
• Assist in identifying and mitigating financial and operational risks
• Liaise with external consultants and technology partners to ensure timely and efficient delivery of project milestones

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional qualifications (CPA, ACCA, etc.) are a plus
• 8+ years of relevant experience in finance, ideally in a shipping, logistics, or asset-heavy industry
• Proven experience working on ERP implementations, with hands-on exposure to NetSuite preferred
• Strong understanding of financial operations, reporting structures, and compliance frameworks
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a detail-oriented mindset
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across different levels of the business
