Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and execution-driven Project Manager to leadend-to-end delivery of AI and technology projects。 This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, learns quickly, adapts on the go, and effectively manages multiple stakeholders while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and drive real client value and adoption。
🔹 Project Planning & Execution
· Lead end-to-end project delivery from kickoff to deployment and post-go-live support。
· Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables aligned with business goals。
· Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality expectations。
🔹 Requirements & Scope Management
· Work with Presales, Product, and Clients to clearly define project scope and objectives.
· Translate business requirements into actionable project plans and task breakdowns。
· Manage scope changes proactively and enforce scope control to avoid project overruns。
🔹 AI Project Delivery (Bot / Automation Focus)
· Manage implementation of AI bot solutions including:
· Bot workflows and conversation setup
· API / MCP integrations
· Automation logic and triggers
· Voice / call bot deployment (if applicable)
· Ensure alignment between proposed solution and actual delivery.
🔹 Cross-Functional Coordination
· Coordinate with Engineering, Product, QA, and Customer Success teams to drive execution。
· Facilitate daily/weekly syncs, sprint planning, and progress tracking.
· Ensure clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders.
🔹 Stakeholder & Client Management
· Act as the main point of contact for clients during project delivery.
· Manage expectations, timelines, and communication effectively。
· Conduct regular project updates, demos, and review sessions with clients。
🔹 Risk & Issue Management
· Identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks early。
· Proactively resolve issues and escalate when necessary。
· Ensure minimal disruption to project timelines and outcomes.
🔹 Quality Assurance & Delivery Standards
· Ensure all deliverables meet defined requirements and quality standards。
· Work closely with QA and internal teams to validate outputs before client delivery。
· Maintain documentation for all project activities and handovers。
🔹 Handover & Client Success Alignment
· Ensure smooth transition from Project Delivery to Customer Success。
· Provide complete documentation, workflows, and context for onboarding.
· Support initial onboarding and ensure client adoption and satisfaction.
🔹 Continuous Improvement
· Identify gaps in processes and recommend improvements。
· Contribute to building standardized frameworks(e.g., 3-week PSG delivery model).
· Improve delivery efficiency, communication, and client experience。
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.
· 3 to 5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in SaaS, AI, or technology delivery。
· Strong understanding of:
· Software development SDLC)
· APIs and system integrations
· AI / chatbot / automation project preferred)
· Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously。
· Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies。
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills。

· Basic understanding of AI tools, bot platforms, and integration workflows
(Optional – Strong Advantage)
- Experience delivering AI bot / conversational AI projects
- Experience with voice bot / call automation systems
- Experience working with government grants (e.g., PSG projects)
- Familiarity with no-code / low-code automation tools
- Experience in client-facing delivery roles
