POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES

Deploy, configure, and manage Azure cloud infrastructure (VMs, AKS, App Services, networking, storage, security)
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and optimize workloads
Automate infrastructure using Jenkins, PowerShell, Azure CLI scripting
End-user support and escalation
Ensure compliance with security, governance, and operational standards. Like MAS TRM, PCI-DSS

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Experience in Azure
Azure Application ServicesAzure Gateway and Load BalancingAzure Networking (TCP/IP subnetting, VoIP, VNet Peering, S2S & P2S VPN)Azure CLI, PowerShell, YAML or others automation scripting
Experience in Cloudflare DNS and Web Application Firewall
Experience in cloud and network monitoring (Azure monitor, Log Analytics, Dynatrace, Grafana, PRTG)
Experience in Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS) & Container
Experience in DevOps and CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Terraform)
Experience in Visual Studio Code, Docker, OpenLens tools
Experience in support Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365 suite
Good troubleshooting and operational support skills

Preferred Certification

Microsoft Certificate: Azure Associate, DevOps Engineer Expert, Azure Security Engineer, Azure Solutions Architect or above. Foundational certs will be considered if coupled with reasonable experience with Azure or Microsoft server product.
