Senior DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Cloud & DevOps Engineer to lead the design, automation, and optimization of enterprise-scale cloud infrastructure across AWS/Azure/GCP environments.

The ideal candidate will bring deep hands-on expertise in Python, Terraform, Ansible, and Elastic Stack (ELK), along with strong exposure to CI/CD modernization, DevOps transformation, and enterprise governance frameworks (GCC 2.0 & Ship Hats 2.0).

This role is critical in driving automation-first engineering, platform reliability, and cloud-native scalability across mission-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and manage cloud-native infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) using Terraform (IaC)
• Build and enhance automation frameworks and tools using Python
• Implement and manage Ansible-based configuration and provisioning systems
• Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines for scalable and reliable deployments
• Develop enterprise-grade observability and logging solutions using ELK Stack
• Ensure high availability, scalability, performance, and security of cloud platforms
• Lead and support DevOps transformation initiatives across teams
• Apply governance and engineering standards aligned with GCC 2.0 & Ship Hats 2.0 frameworks
• Perform production troubleshooting, incident response, and root cause analysis (RCA)
• Champion a culture of automation-first engineering and continuous improvement

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years in Cloud Engineering / DevOps / Platform Engineering
• Strong hands-on expertise in:Python scripting (automation, tooling, integration)Terraform (Infrastructure as Code at scale)Ansible (configuration management & provisioning)Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
• Multi-cloud experience: AWS / Azure / GCP
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
• Experience with Docker & Kubernetes (preferred)
• Solid understanding of Linux systems & networking fundamentals
• Knowledge of cloud security best practices

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to GCC 2.0 frameworks (cloud governance, automation, standardization)
• Experience with Ship Hats 2.0 methodologies (DevOps maturity, agile engineering practices)
• Cloud certifications (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Experience with microservices architecture & API-driven systems
