AI Algorithm Engineer

Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for the design, development, and optimization of natural language understanding, image recognition, language large models, and multimodal large models.

2.Responsible for completing AI application product development, ensuring the implementation of AI projects, and continuously enhancing effectiveness and user experience based on user feedback.

3.Stay abreast of industry AI trends, explore cutting-edge technologies, and advance the company’s AI capabilities to industry-leading levels – including but not limited to semantic algorithms, image recognition, multimodal Q&A, and image-text content generation.
Qualifications:
1.bachelor’s degree or higher .

2.Proficiency in programming languages such as C++/Python; strong programming skills; familiarity with multi-core/multi-threaded development.

3.Familiarity with common deep learning training/inference frameworks; knowledge of underlying implementation principles of mainstream frameworks.

4.Academic background in Natural Language Processing, Pattern Recognition, Machine Learning, Data Mining, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.

5.Solid understanding of deep learning theories ; expertise in TensorFlow; hands-on project experience.

6.Strong self-motivation, innovation capability, teamwork skills, communication skills, and resilience under pressure.

7.Fluent in English (written and spoken) and Chinese
