Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for D365 solutions
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify areas for improvement and automation
- Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service)
- Support end-to-end D365 implementations including design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions
- Conduct user training sessions and create documentation such as user guides and SOPs
- Perform system testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business requirements
- Troubleshoot issues, provide functional support, and manage change requests
- Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and system performance
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Strong knowledge of D365 modules (Finance, SCM, CRM, etc.)
- Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies
- Good understanding of integrations, data migration, and reporting tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
