Job Description
Job Descriptions:
- Assist in maintaining and updating all the Quality Management System (QMS) Documentation
- Support the maintenance and improvement of Quality Management System
- Assist in monitoring the progress or implementation and effectiveness of Quality Management System (QMS) for relevant standards such as:
a) ISO/IEC 17020: 2012 – Inspection Body
b) ISO/IEC 17025: 2017 – Laboratory
c) ISO/IEC 17065: 2012 – Product Certification
- Assist with training in quality awareness
- Assist in keeping track of relevant quality standards, and ensure compliance and preparedness for External Audit
- Assist QA/QC Manager with Internal and External Audit
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
Requirements:
- Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Geology or equivalent
- At least two (2) years’ working experience in a similar role.
- Well-versed in quality assurance, quality control and the application of relevant accreditation standards such as ISO/IEC 17020, ISO/IEC 17025, ISO/IEC 17065 standards etc
- Excellent writing skills
