Job Description

Job responsibilities

  • Lead and ensure high availability, performance, and security of IT infrastructure and systems
  • Oversee day-to-day IT operations and DevOpsactivities, ensuring operational stability and service reliability
  • Manage incidents and outages, perform root causeanalysis (RCA), and implement preventive measures
  • Establish and maintain backup, recovery, anddisaster recovery processes, including regular testing
  • Plan and execute IT emergency response andbusiness continuity initiatives
  • Manage infrastructure budgets (OPEX/CAPEX) andprepare procurement justifications (PR/SP)
  • Act as local license manager to ensure softwarecompliance and governance adherence
  • Lead infrastructure lifecycle activitiesincluding server migrations, upgrades, and consolidation
  • Ensure timely patching, security remediation,and system performance optimization
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity and complianceteams to support audits and enforce IT controls
  • Oversee end-user infrastructure, includingdevice lifecycle, hardware provisioning, and workplace technologies
  • Drive infrastructure operations automation toimprove efficiency and scalability
  • Engage with internal stakeholders andregional/global IT teams to align infrastructure with business needs
  • Support planned shutdowns, system changes, andoperational readiness activities
  • Provide expertise in video conferencing (VC)technologies to ensure reliable collaboration services

Jobs requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or any other related field
  • 5–10 years of experience in IT infrastructure oroperations in a regional or multi-site environment
  • Strong knowledge of network infrastructure (WAN,LAN, VPN, firewalls) and system administration (Windows/Linux)
  • Experience with Microsoft technologies (ActiveDirectory, Exchange Online, collaboration tools)
  • Proven experience in infrastructure projects(migrations, upgrades, consolidation)
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices andinfrastructure automation
  • Strong understanding of IT security, patching,and compliance requirements
  • Experience managing vendors, budgets(OPEX/CAPEX), and procurement processes
  • Strong problem-solving, incident management, androot cause analysis (RCA) skills
  • Good stakeholder management and communicationskills with regional/global teams
  • Knowledge of video conferencing (VC) andworkplace technologies
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, Microsoft,networking) are an advantage
