Assistant Finance Manager (Healthcare)

• Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to the Finance team to ensure efficient daily operations.

• Foster a collaborative team environment and promote continuous improvement in finance processes and controls.

• Oversee the full spectrum of finance functions including statutory reporting, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury management, fixed assets, inventory accounting, and Accounts Payable/Receivable.

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial reports in accordance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

• Prepare and review consolidated management reports and financial statements for management reporting purposes.

• Manage the year-end statutory audit process, including preparation of audit schedules, supporting documentation, and liaison with external auditors.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or a recognised professional qualification such as ACCA, ISCA, or CA.

• At least 5 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.

• Sound understanding of accounting standards and statutory financial reporting requirements.
