The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering with a Tech MNC to look for a Technical Program Manager (Networking/ Data Centre).
• Program Manager role focuses on leading and coordinating large-scale data center and network deployment projects in Singapore, ensuring timely delivery through cross-functional collaboration and strong technical understanding of networking infrastructure.

The Talent

• Strong experience in program or project management, ideally in data center or network environments
• Background in network deployment (as a PM or engineer), with understanding of:Routing protocols (BGP, MPLS, IS-IS, RSVP-TE)Network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, IPv4/IPv6)Data center infrastructure and high-speed optics (10G–400G)
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Job Description

• Manage end-to-end network deployment projects across data centers, backbone, and edge networks
• Create and track project plans, ensuring milestones are met on time
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams and external partners
• Identify risks, ensure compliance with standards, and resolve issues proactively
• Communicate updates and outcomes clearly to stakeholders
