Product Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, development, and optimization of company products, including web and mobile platforms.
• Work closely with product, design, development, operations, and business teams to understand user needs and business requirements.
• Support the preparation of product requirement documents, user flows, wireframes, and related product documentation.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback analysis to identify product improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with technical teams to follow up on product development progress, testing, launch, and post-launch optimization.
• Monitor product performance, user behavior, and operational data to support product decisions and improvements.
• Assist in managing product timelines, priorities, and cross-functional communication to ensure smooth execution.
• Support ad-hoc product-related projects assigned by the management team.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Product Management, or related fields.
• Strong interest in product management, fintech, Web3, crypto, or digital platform products.
• Good understanding of product development processes, user experience, and digital product operations.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and business teams.
• Able to work in a fast-paced start-up environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Prior internship or working experience in product, operations, project coordination, fintech, crypto, or technology industry will be an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with product tools such as Figma, Jira, Notion, Axure, or similar tools will be a plus.
• Basic understanding of trading platforms, fintech products, crypto exchanges, or Web3 products will be an added advantage.
• Candidates with good business sense, ownership, and willingness to learn are highly preferred.
