QA Engineer (Basic up to $3300 / Office Hours / Printing Manufacturing)

Job Info:

• Basic salary up to $3,300, commensurate with experience

• Performance bonus

• Salary increment upon confirmation for good performers

• 5-day work week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm

• Changi area location – convenient and well-connected

Job Scope:

• Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, ISO 16949, and regulatory requirements.

• Ensure measurement equipment calibration, define inspection critical points, and uphold product quality based on drawings and specifications.

• Lead quality issue resolution through CPAR, root cause analysis, and management of nonconforming materials with customers and suppliers.

• Conduct quality training, QMS briefings, and performance monitoring, communicating quality performance to plant teams and management.

• Support compliance activities (UL, RoHS, environmental declarations) and manage production changes to prevent operational risks.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Quality or Engineering
• Minimum 2 years’ QA experience
• ISO Audit process knowledges/ experiences
