Project Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical Lead / Project Manager to lead the technical and product workstream of an initiative focused on resource utilisation and sustainability-linked solutions. The role will work closely with commercial, operations, and investment teams to shape, validate, and deliver scalable, deployable solutions.

You will be responsible for:

• Evaluating resource streams and associated processing or conversion pathways
• Developing and testing technical concepts and pilots
• Translating concepts and pilots into practical, deployable solutions
• Supporting technical due diligence and investment decisions

This is a full-time contract role (5–6 months) based in Singapore, with regular travel across Southeast Asia.

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Process, Mechanical Engineering, Bioengineering, or a related field
• 5–8 years of experience in process engineering or industrial operations, including exposure to power systems, agri-processing, or manufacturing environments
• Experience in biomass, biofuels, biogas, or waste-to-energy projects
• Ability to translate technical concepts and pilot technologies into practical, scalable solutions
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills

Preferred

• Master’s or PhD in Chemical/Process Engineering, Bioengineering, or related fields
• Experience with modular processing technologies (e.g. mobile equipment)
• Familiarity with industrial energy users (e.g. cement, textile) and their fuel/boiler needs
• Experience working in cross-functional teams with commercial, operations, and R&D stakeholders
