skills and experience required

• Senior Level: Min 2–4 years of proven experience developing and deploying software and AI solutions. 

• Lead Level: Min 7 years of hands-on experience, with 2–3 years in a senior or technical lead capacity supervising other
  engineers.

• Professional background in building and deploying complex software at scale, with experience managing technical project delivery.

• Strong full-stack development skills using modern programming languages and secure data management practices.

• Expertise in developing frameworks for large-scale information retrieval and automated reasoning systems.

• Deep understanding of enterprise-grade security standards and cloud-based deployment strategies.

• Academic credentials in a quantitative or technical discipline, with a focus on advanced computing or intelligent systems
