Key Responsibility Areas:

Fully Responsible for defining, documenting, and successful development of complex projects through the entire project lifecycles for consumer banking project.
Management of business stakeholders and senior management
Ensuring appropriate control, change control, risk management, and testing processes.
Monitors and controls resources, revenue, and capital costs against the project budget, managing expectations of all project stakeholders.
Preparing status and MIS reporting to senior management
Works with stakeholders to agree and implement short-term and medium-term modifications to demand, maintaining a register of business requests and reporting as required.
Manage project across all stages of project lifecycles leading to implementation

Key Selection Criteria:

Bachelor Degree with min 12 years of experience in IT
Min 10 years in managing delivery / application development projects with min 3 project life cycles
Have experience in managing complex projects
Must have min 5 years of experience working on T24 application
Expertise in Multiple Application Server architecture, Application Clusters, Webserver clusters, TCServer, Software Load Balancers, Locking Issues, File resizing, Salvaging, TAFC, TAFJ, TOCF(EE), JCA, JMS, OS Conversion, Database Conversion, XML Drivers, OFS & T24 Upgrade.
Good experience working in private banking domain is a must
Demonstrated prior success in delivery of complex IT application project
Extensive project lifecycle experience understanding the planning and delivery of projects in its entirety.
Excellent presentation skills and advance knowledge in powerpoint
Excellent written and oral communication skills
