Job Description

  • Solution Design & Governance: Define and maintain architecture for hybrid identity (AD + Entra ID). Ensure compliance with corporate security standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Technical Leadership: Act as subject matter expert for Entra ID and related technologies (Azure AD, SCCM, Intune). Provide guidance to squads and project teams on identity integration and lifecycle management.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee OU creation, subnet mapping, DFS namespace configuration. Manage synchronization between SCCM and Entra ID; troubleshoot sync issues.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with Product Owners, Change Managers and global teams. Support regional deployment and act as proxy product owner for Lift tenants.
  • Vendor & Contract Management: Liaise with external partners for managed services and licensing.
  • Project Management: Contribute towards regional and global M&A projects on Entra ID scope.

Job Requirements

  • Solution Design & Governance: Define and maintain architecture for hybrid identity (AD + Entra ID). Ensure compliance with corporate security standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Azure AD and Active Directory. Experience with SCCM, Intune, and hybrid identity models.
  • Security & Compliance: Familiarity with IAM best practices, MFA, conditional access and zero-trust principles.
  • Leadership & Communication: Ability to lead technical discussions and influence stakeholders. Strong communication, documentation and presentation skills.
  • Experience: Minimum 7+ years in identity management or similar role.
  • Experienced in the context of IT service management and in automation.
  • Good understanding of the IS in general, its environments (Windows, Linux, Network, Cloud, Applications...) and standard computer protocols.
