Job Description & Requirements

Delivery Leadership

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of eBao Gemini / InsureMO modules (Policy Admin, Claims, Product Engine, API Integration).
• Review and validate all functional and technical deliverables from the offshore team before client submission.
• Participate in design and configuration workshops; guide the offshore team in applying best practices from prior eBao projects.
• Manage daily interaction with clients business, IT, and vendor teams to ensure alignment and quality.

Solution & Configuration Expertise

• Be hands-on with product configuration, workflows, and rule setup in eBao (Gemini/InsureMO).
• Understand how to manage customer configurations, environments, and test data.
• Build reusable configuration templates, documentation, and checklists to accelerate the next projects.

Capability Development

Mentor the offshore team in areas such as:

• Product configuration & parameterization
• InsureMO API exposure & orchestration
• Test case design & defect triage
• Deployment & environment management
• Define skill maturity models for BAs, testers, and configurators to track progress toward implementation-certified level.

Client & Vendor Coordination

• Serve as technical and functional spokesperson during client workshops and vendor syncs (with eBaoTech).
• Review solution design and implementation plans together with eBao consultants.
• Escalate and resolve issues proactively across client, vendor, and FPT teams.

CoE Framework Establishment

• Co-define COE structure, process standards, and documentation.
• Create a knowledge base (configuration guide, testing templates, deployment standards) for reuse.
• Support internal training and certification roadmaps with eBaoTech.

Requirements:

• 5+ years implementing eBaoTech solutions (Gemini / InsureMO / Policy Admin / Claims / Billing). Experience in both configuration and integration.
• Strong understanding of Life / General / Health insurance workflows: policy, claims, endorsements, billing.
• Familiar with eBao configuration console, APIs, JSON mapping, middleware/integration (InsureMO), SQL, and cloud environments.
• Experience leading at least 23 end-to-end eBao implementations (insurer or partner side).
• Strong stakeholder management, mentoring capability, and ability to handle ambiguity in early-stage COE setup.
• eBao InsureMO Certified Implementation Professional, Agile/Scrum Master, ISTQB (for QA background).
