Job Description:

Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain Jira boards across multiple modernization workstreams.
Remove impediments, manage cross-team dependencies (onshore/offshore) and escalate risks/blockers.
Track sprint metrics (velocity, burndown) and drive predictable delivery.
Work with Product Owner on backlog refinement and acceptance criteria.
Coordinate SIT/UAT/cutover readiness, communications, KT and continuous improvement actions.
