Job Description:

Perform Project Manager Roles and responsibilities to manage and complete the project assigned as efficiently and productively to meet contractual obligations.

Leading project planning sessions.

Communicate and work closely with internal and external stakeholders and ensure contract requirements are met.

Monitor overall project activities, deadlines, relationship with clients & stakeholders.

Provide technical assistance (troubleshoot problems) and attend to clients’ enquiries on projects.

Monitor invoicing of Project milestones.

Perform special tasks and duties delegated by manager, assist requests on marketing matters and actively participate in knowledge management.

Attend all scheduled trainings (locally and overseas) and ultimately achieving specified delegations as agreed in Performance Management Process.

Ensure timely and accurate submission of time & expenses sheets.

Keep up to date with new rules, regulations and technical information or process disseminated through internal communication.

Securing growth opportunities with assigned clients and identify new opportunities.

Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation.

Designing risk mitigation plan and optimizing and improving process on the overall project management approach.

Conduct project review and creating detailed reports for project reporting.

Manage client account and maintain constant engagement with client through formulating strategies and action plans to manage different tiers and ensure constant engagement.
