PROJECT MANAGER

Requirements:

• Must have Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Must have Experience in Building & construction, civil projects.
• Should be completed full cycle of 2 projects.
• Have excellent problem solving skills.
• Minimum 10-15 years of working experience in Singapore as Project manager in large scale building / civil projects, institutional building projects and Community centre projects with main contractor.

Job Description:

• Prepare, review, coordinate with clients, consultants, project team members, sub-contractors and all relevant parties to discuss and resolve Project Management, Specifications and Technical Issues.
• Coordinate, monitor & assist the sub-contractors on the progress of work.
• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
• Define project tasks and resource requirements.
• Develop full scale project plans.
• Manage project budget.
• Manage project resource allocation.
• Plan and schedule project timelines.
• Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
• Provide direction and support to project team.
• Quality assurance.
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
• Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
