Candidate Requirements
Must have prior working experience
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related fields (preferred)
Extensive experience as a Project Manager in commercial renovation projects
(Residential experience not accepted; shop/retail renovation experience required)Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations
Proven leadership, communication, and coordination skills
Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office
Strong problem-solving and crisis management abilities
Committed to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
Able to collaborate effectively with construction management teams, landlords, internal designers, client-appointed designers, and procurement teams

Key Responsibilities
Client Communication
Act as the main point of contact between clients and designers
Provide professional supervision to ensure project objectives are met
Facilitate consistent communication among all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Project Planning & Execution
Take full ownership of assigned projects
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets with internal teams
Manage project timelines and cost controls
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
Provide regular progress updates and milestone reports
Vendor & Contractor Coordination
Verify and confirm quotations from vendors and contractors
Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
Change Management & Crisis Mitigation
Manage changes in project scope
Identify potential issues early and develop contingency plans
Resolve on-site challenges proactively to minimize disruptions
Compliance & Safety
Ensure project submissions to landlords and relevant authorities are approved before commencement
Maintain compliance with applicable building codes and regulations
Conduct site marking and inspections prior to work commencement
Supervise on-site activities to ensure safety and milestone achievement
Site Management & Quality Control
Foster a collaborative and motivated site environment
Ensure clear communication with suppliers and subcontractors
Implement quality control processes to maintain high workmanship standards
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain complete project documentation, including contracts, variation orders, and meeting minutes
Ensure accurate and accessible project records
Prepare regular project status reports
Monitor project budgets and financial performance, implementing cost-control measures to maximize profitability
