Project Manager ( Shipping )

Designation: Project Manger

JOB ROLE:

1. Business Development and Sales Visit to potential project clients on daily basis in Singapore especially local freight forwarders, local EPC Contractors (Oil & Gas, Energy, Construction, Heavy Engineering etc.)

2. Business Development with Overseas Project Agents in Project Networks where CEEKAY is member.

3. Leading and coordinating the project team

4. Sales support for project clients at project RFQ stage

5. Project Study & Survey with Technical and Commercial Proposal to customer

6. Responsible for Project Cargo pricing independently for ODC, RORO & Breakbulk cargoes.

7. Good Relationship with local vendors including carriers, transporters, other service providers who are crucial for project execution with timelines promised to customer.

8. Leading and coordinating the project team.

9. Project Planning, Supervision and Monitoring for maintaining KPIs .

10. Provide Value Added Services if required for Project Execution.

1. Acts as primary liaison between customer, project staff, subcontractors, vendors and internal company personnel.
2. Ensures company performance against contractual commitments with customer and ensures customer satisfaction with projects of low to moderate complexity and risk.

13. Project Management- End to End basis (Door to Door).

14. Timely Project Reporting to client along with project team.

15. Budgeting of Project Department and Business Forecast for each financial year.

16. Managing Risk & Issues to Ensure the project meets its objectives and deliverables.

17. Work under challenging and multitasking environment
