Job Summary

Develop and support semiconductor equipment automation by designing machine sequences, HMIs, and control procedures. Provide technical support and independently manage machine setup and tuning to ensure optimal operation.

Responsibilities

• Develop machine sequences and Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI) to control semiconductor equipment effectively
• Design and prepare machine input/output (I/O) configurations, flow charts, timing charts, and setup procedures to ensure precise automation processes
• Provide technical support remotely or onsite to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly
• Set up machine modules and perform motor tuning to optimize machine performance
• Execute assigned tasks independently, ensuring reliable and efficient equipment operation

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess at least a Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Automation Control Engineering or equivalent
• fresh/entry level
• Demonstrate knowledge of C# and .NET WPF for software development related to equipment control

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) to enhance automation capabilities
