Job Description 

1. Perform OS patching and vulnerability remediation.  
2. Monitor server performance and resource utilization.  
3. Manage Active Directory users, groups, and policies.  
4. Troubleshoot authentication and domain trust issues.  
5. Maintain DNS zone configurations and replication health.  
6. Support PKI certificate lifecycle management.  
7. Monitor Entra ID synchronization health.  
8. Execute patch deployment through Endpoint Central.  
9. Perform server hardening activities.  
10. Troubleshoot OS-level performance bottlenecks.  
11. Support application deployments from OS perspective.  
12. Assist in DR restoration of servers.  
13. Monitor system logs and event alerts.  
14. Maintain documentation and configuration records.  
15. Escalate kernel or system-level issues to L3.
