Job Description 

1. Serve as escalation authority for Azure and AliCloud platforms.  
2. Troubleshoot advanced hybrid connectivity issues.  
3. Manage AKS and ACK cluster lifecycle operations.  
4. Optimize subscription governance and access controls.  
5. Monitor and control cloud cost optimization initiatives.  
6. Validate disaster recovery and failover readiness.  
7. Review and optimize firewall and routing configurations.  
8. Coordinate vendor escalations with cloud providers.  
9. Support capacity planning and workload optimization.  
10. Ensure compliance with security baselines.  
11. Assist during audits and compliance reviews.  
12. Mentor L2 Cloud Engineers.  
13. Review technical implementation plans.  
14. Support automation initiatives.  
15. Maintain updated documentation and SOPs.
