Assistant Product Manager (Product Innovation & Development)

We’re looking for an Assistant Product Manager who will play a key role in new product development (NPD) and portfolio growth for our regional markets. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into products that reach millions of families worldwide.

Roles:

• Drive new product development projects from concept to launch, ensuring consumer insights are translated into winning products.
• Work closely with R&D and packaging teams to shape product design, features, and functionality.
• Manage the product lifecycle – from pipeline planning, SKU rationalization, to renewals and innovations.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and whitespace.
• Ensure products meet regulatory requirements across multiple regional markets.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to build strong product positioning and launch toolkits for local markets.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and finance to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in product management or new product development, ideally in FMCG, consumer healthcare, or personal care.
• Strong analytical mindset with exposure to market research tools (e.g., Nielsen, Euromonitor).
• Excellent project management skills — able to manage multiple launches across different markets.
• A creative and proactive problem-solver with passion for product innovation.
