Technical Product Manager

About your role

• Maintain and continuously refine product documentation to reflect evolving requirements, timelines, and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Define, prioritize, and scope product features based on business value, user needs, and technical feasibility.
• Consolidate inputs (requirements, UX flows, technical clarifications) into clear, structured formats for cross‑functional teams.
• Collaborate closely with engineering to drive execution across the full product development lifecycle — discovery, specification, development, testing, and release.
• Monitor product progress, feature readiness, customer issues, and bug reports; identify risks early, follow up with stakeholders, and drive timely resolution.
• Facilitate alignment across teams by communicating product vision, roadmap, success metrics, and trade‑offs.
• Contribute to ideation, concept validation, and early‑stage experimentation to shape new initiatives and improve existing workflows.
• Support copywriting needs across product surfaces (e.g., UI content, release notes, product guides) to ensure clarity, consistency, and user‑friendly communication.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance productivity, analyze information, support decision‑making, and improve documentation workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager for technical/software products, ideally with an engineering background in software or robotics.
• Hands on technical exposure (e.g., software development, robotics integration, industrial automation).
• Proven ability to translate complex customer use cases into clear, actionable requirements.
• Proven success to managing the full product lifecycle from discovery to iteration.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles and robotic system architectures.
• Familiar using AI tools for documentation, requirement clarification, productivity, and communication.
• Experience with industrial automation systems, sensors, or hardware integration is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including clear documentation and alignment across teams.
• Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to turn complex needs into structured product features.
• Experience in ideation and producing concise, high quality copywriting for product related content.
