Job Summary

As a Lifecycle Product Manager at our company, you’ll be able to work on and solve many interesting challenges. This is a great opportunity for you to define, build and deliver compelling experiences that will increase customer value as measured by user activation, retention, and conversion to paying users.

The ideal candidate will have bias for action, have a passion for experimentation, and can roll-up their sleeves to . They are also extremely detail-oriented, careful, and conscientious. The Lifecycle Product Manager will perform product discovery by performing CRM experiments; doing data analysis; creating regular reporting to understand the progress of the campaigns; and consolidating them into PRDs. Finally, as we are a lean team, he or she should be strong at operations, as they will directly be in charge of setting up CRM campaigns.

This role will be based in Singapore and report directly to the Head of Product.

The Role Responsibilities

Lifecycle Strategy and Execution

  • Develop and own the overall user lifecycle roadmap- from testing and experimentation to scaling automated lifecycle programmes
  • Lead the programmatic transformation of lifecycle management in CMB:
    • Brainstorm and suggest new ideas to motivate behaviour based on user psychology (eg. how to get guys to take better photos?)
    • Conduct ad hoc tests and experiments to validate hypotheses
    • Establish a base set of effective, automated lifecycle campaigns
    • Continuously design new segments and test personalised copy, triggers, and message types to improve performance
    • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to prioritise and schedule life cycle-related product and data work
    • Iterate based on data insights and learnings to enhance effectiveness
  • Implement CRM campaigns in Braze, both adhoc and programmatic
  • Lead the ideation and execution of sales (eg. how many % off for who?) strategies and products
  • Lead the direct improvement of onboarding conversion rates through prospective user management

Segmentation and Personalisation
Strategise, build, and manage audience segments across channels Programmatically personalise both engagement and monetisation user journeys based on:

  • Demographics: gender, age, country
  • Behaviour: likes received, chat activity, login activity
  • Account Quality: profile completeness, photos, and prompt quality.
  • Triggers: actions requiring follow-up (e.g., abandoned onboarding, inactive users, incomplete purchases)
    ...via sales campaigns, in-app pushes, push notifications, and email experiences

Data-Driven Optimisation

  • Write and execute SQL queries identify key engagement and conversion drivers
  • Set up experimentation frameworks (A/B tests, holdout groups) to measure impact
  • Analyse results and translate insights into actionable improvements across CRM touchpoints
  • Report and recommend on the improvement of lifecycle health according to engagement, retention, and revenue metrics

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing, Design, and Engineering to ensure seamless CRM execution and integration with product experiences
  • Influence messaging logic, in-app surfaces, and technical infrastructure needed for lifecycle management scalability

Our Ideal Candidate

  • 0-3 years of managing a consumer-facing product as a Product Manager in a Technology company (open to fresh grads)
  • Has worked in a day-to-day capacity with a scrum team building actual products
  • Strong user empathy and analytical skills
  • Can confidently write and execute their own SQL with no data team support (or, with other programming language knowledge, can prove to us that they can learn)
  • Is detail-oriented, willing and conscientious to execute on and QA operational lifecycle campaigns by him/ herself
  • Has experience working with other functions (marketing, operations) to launch a product from end to end
  • Is comfortable in a fast-paced environment interacting with global teams
  • Ideally possess practical communication skills across English and Mandarin, both written and verbal to work with mandarin stakeholders.
