We are building a next-generation interactive entertainment and real-time transaction gaming platform for global markets, with Singapore as our product, business and compliance hub.

⸻
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy & Roadmap
• Define the mid- to long-term strategy and annual roadmap for our interactive entertainment / gaming product lines.
• Own the full product lifecycle from 0–1 ideation and validation to 1–10 scaling and optimization.
2. Market Research & Business Modeling
• Conduct in-depth research on target markets in Southeast Asia and beyond, covering user behavior, payment habits, channel models and regulatory landscape.
• Identify opportunities, build business models and translate insights into clear product strategies and priorities.
3. Monetization & Growth
• Design and optimize top-up flows, pricing, in-app purchase points, events, membership / VIP programs and other monetization mechanisms.
• Take ownership of key metrics such as DAU, retention, conversion, ARPU and LTV, and drive continuous improvement.
4. Global Product Taste & Competitor Insights
• Continuously track leading global products and competitors in interactive entertainment, gaming and payments.
• Bring a strong international product sense and design taste (UX, UI, interaction patterns, visual & branding), and translate competitor and market insights into roadmap items and concrete product decisions.
5. Cross-Region Delivery & Collaboration
• Work closely with engineering, design, QA and operations teams in China and other locations to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with Singapore-based business, compliance, legal and cybersecurity teams to ensure product safety and regulatory alignment.
6. Go-to-Market & Localization Support
• Support go-to-market and local operations in Singapore and other SEA markets, including localized features, events, content and user journeys.
• Join key partner / client discussions as the product owner when needed.
7. Team Leadership & Product Middle-Office (Director level)
• Depending on seniority, lead and mentor a small product team (3–10 people), own hiring, coaching and performance reviews.
• Help build a product middle-office, including standards for documentation, metrics, workflows and reusable components across product lines.

• Bachelor’s degree or above from a top-tier university;
• Background in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business or related disciplines is a plus.
2. Experience
• 5+ years of experience in game / interactive entertainment product management;
• Proven track record of owning at least one product end-to-end from concept to launch and live operations;
• Experience with overseas / SEA markets and successful global launches is highly preferred.
3. Product & Business Skills
• Deep understanding of high-engagement, high-frequency, monetization-driven products;
• Strong sense of user lifecycle, engagement design and revenue models, with tangible success cases.
4. Data & Methodology
• Strong data-driven mindset, comfortable with analytics tools, dashboards and A/B testing;
• Structured approach to competitor research, user research and market scanning, able to produce clear, actionable strategy documents.
5. International Product Sense & Aesthetic Taste
• Solid international aesthetic sense and product taste, with continuous exposure to leading apps / games / fintech products in the US, Europe, SEA and other markets;
• Ability to identify what makes a “world-class product experience” and apply those principles to our own products.
