Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead C‑end product lines end‑to‑end, including product lifecycle management, roadmap planning, strategic execution, and delivery of business and user growth metrics.
Design and deliver AI keyboard and voice input products, including speech recognition, real‑time transcription, intelligent association, context understanding, and text optimization.
Lead the development of AI virtual emotional companion and interactive conversation products, enhancing empathetic interaction and user experience across multiple usage scenarios.
Work closely with Large Language Model (LLM), Natural Language Processing (NLP), speech algorithm, client, and cloud teams to define product requirements, technical specifications, and continuous improvement of model accuracy, performance, and conversational fluency.
Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and data‑driven product iteration to address user pain points and improve engagement, retention, and activity levels.
Oversee AI content safety, data privacy, and algorithm ethics, ensuring products comply with applicable regulations and internal governance standards.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including design, engineering, and operations to ensure timely delivery across review, iteration, staged rollout, and full release.
Coordinate cross‑regional teams within the Asia‑Pacific region, establishing effective collaboration mechanisms, aligning priorities, and delivering against business objectives across multiple locations.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, with 5 or more years of experience in product management, including experience working on AI‑driven products.
Demonstrated experience managing AI‑based products such as keyboard, voice input, speech interaction, or related conversational technologies.
Familiarity with LLM applications, NLP, speech recognition and synthesis, and semantic analysis, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and algorithm teams.
Experience delivering consumer‑facing digital or AI‑enabled products, with strong skills in user research, requirement definition, and user experience optimization.
Experience working with cross‑regional or cross‑time‑zone teams, including coordination of distributed stakeholders.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem‑solving, and project execution skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
Knowledge of cybersecurity, data privacy requirements, and AI compliance considerations relevant to product development.
