QA Manager (Manufacturing - Precision Engineering)

Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the Quality Control (QC) department to ensure that all products meet required quality
standards and specifications. - Oversee the inspection of CNC machined part using various measurement tools, including CMM, micrometers,
and calipers. - Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies to improve product consistency and reduce
defects. - Troubleshoot and resolve quality issues, collaborating with production and engineering teams.    - Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards - Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including inspection records, non-conformance reports, and
corrective actions   - Train, develop, and mentor the QC team, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.   - Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality issues and ensure timely delivery of high-quality
products.

Requirements:
- Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 5 years in quality control, with a strong background in the
CNC or manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of CNC machining processes, quality control tools, and inspection techniques.
- Experience with ISO 9001, AS9100, or other relevant quality standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
