Job Description
• Support the day-to-day operations of the Harry Potter Visions of Magic Experience.
• Manage, schedule, and supervise part-timers and interns to ensure adequate coverage and smooth operations.
• Oversee daily opening and closing procedures, including preparing reports.
• Provide basic Level 1 technical troubleshooting for interactive stations.
• Assign daily duty stations and brief part-time hosts before shifts.
• Assist with coordination and facilitation of VIP visits.
• Manage guest flow and queue lines for attractions.
• Support and guide guests in the use of interactive stations.
• Ensure consistently positive visitor experiences through professional guest service.
Required Education and Experience:
• Prior experience in entertainment, exhibitions, hospitality, or large-scale events.
• Interest or aptitude in event planning, retail, logistics, or related management fields.
• Responsible, resilient, and able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, with problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• High integrity and ability to manage confidential data.
• Able to prioritise and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications.
• Experience managing people in a customer-facing environment preferred.
Salary: SGD 2,600 - 3,000/month
