Job Description:

In charge of driving the Engineering team in executing improvement initiatives to achieve cost savings and productivity targets
Responsible in ensuring Overall Equipment Effectiveness meets targeted performance level.
In charge of overseeing and managing facilities maintenance activities and troubleshoot equipment issues to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Responsible in leading and taking ownership of in-house and automation machines which include software development, covering concept development, design, budgeting, testing, commissioning, upgrades, and continuous improvement.
Take charge of identifying and recommending cost-saving initiatives to reduce operational expenses.
Responsible for reviewing equipment designs and processes to ensure compliance with safety standards.
In charge of providing leadership and direction to Technical, Moulding, Equipment, Process Engineers, as well as Workplace Safety functions.
Responsible in monitoring and ensuring environmental validation activities comply with ISO standards, FDA regulations, and other applicable regulatory requirements.

Job Requirement:

Min Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Min 8 year of experience in Medical Devices Manufacturing Environment
Min 5 year of experience in leading and delivering complex, technology-driven projects.
Experience with automation machine design and PLC programming and CNC Machining.
