Assistant Finance Manager (North/Construction)

🕒 Work Hours: 5 days work week (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm)

💰 Salary: Up to $6,000

Our client is an established construction firm known for quality workmanship, timely project delivery, and reliable collaboration with their partners.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily finance operations, including AP/AR and general ledger

• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts

• Monitor cash flow and project cost performance

• Ensure timely closing and compliance with regulations and audits

• Support management with financial analysis and supervise finance staff

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Professional certification (e.g., ACCA/CPA) preferred

• 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in construction industry

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and project accounting
