Quotation Framework Development

• Develop structured quotation models considering: Direct material cost / Manufacturing cost / Overhead allocation / Target margin

• Validate cost assumptions and conduct sensitivity analysis to ensure quotation accuracy and competitiveness.

• Conduct comprehensive financial evaluation of new project opportunities: revenue forecasting, margin analysis,

cost absorption impact, capital expenditure (Capex) requirements, and break-even analysis.

• Identify and mitigate hidden financial risks (volume commitments, foreign exchange exposure, price erosion

Customer & Product Profitability Analysis

Discount & Rebate Management

• Evaluate ROI of promotional or discount campaigns.

• Prevent margin leakage through uncontrolled discounting.

2. Project lifetime controlling

margin, and cash flow).

• Assess the financial sustainability of project growth assumptions, cost escalations, and resource allocation

strategies

• Provide fact-based recommendations to optimize project profitability, balancing growth targets with margin tradeoffs
Deliver project-specific business case presentations and financial models to senior management for approval.

• Monitor project budget vs. actual performance, identify variance root causes, and recommend corrective actions to

keep projects on track for profitability.

3. Manufacturing controlling

Costing and plant controlling – Manage plant cost accounting, including standard costing, actual vs. standard variance

analysis (material, labor, overhead), and closing activities.

• Conduct variance analysis of actual vs. budgeted operational costs, identifying root causes (e.g., material price

fluctuations, production inefficiencies, route changes) and driving cost-saving initiatives.

• Optimize inventory & asset Management – Monitor inventory levels, slow-moving/obsolete items, and fixed asset

utilization; ensure accurate valuation and controls.

• Support month-end/quarter-end closing processes for manufacturing and logistics operations, ensuring accurate

cost recognition and financial reporting.
