Project Manager

ROLESUMMARY

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering IT projects within scope, timeline, and budget while ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements. The role focuses on governance, stakeholder management, risk control, and successful delivery in enterprise and regulated environments.

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES

· Plan, manage, and deliver end-to-end IT projects across infrastructure, applications, or digital initiatives.

· Define project scope, timelines, resource plans, and deliverables.

· Track project progress, milestones, dependencies, and budgets.

· Manage risks, issues, and change requests with appropriate mitigation strategies.

· Ensure adherence to project governance, standards, and reporting requirements.

· Coordinate withcross-functional teams (business, IT, vendors, and stakeholders).

· Facilitate project meetings, status reporting, and executive updates.

· Ensure compliance with SLAs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

· Oversee vendor management, deliverables tracking, and contractual obligations.

· Drive Agile or Waterfall project execution methodologies as applicable.

· Ensure proper documentation including project plans, RAID logs, and closure reports.

· Support audits, governance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

TECHNICALSKILLS & TOOLS

· Project Management Tools: MSProject, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet

· Methodologies: Agile(Scrum/Kanban), Waterfall, Hybrid

· Documentation &Reporting: Excel, PowerPoint, dashboards, RAID logs

· Collaboration Tools: Microsoft Teams, SharePoint

· Basic Technical Understanding: IT infrastructure, cloud, applications, and SDLC

SECURITY& COMPLIANCE

· Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and project controls.

· Align projects with compliance standards (ISO 27001, regulatory policies).

· Support audit readiness, documentation, and risk reporting.

· Ensure secure handling of project data and information.

QUALIFICATIONS& EXPERIENCE

· Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.

· 6–12 years of experience in IT project management.

· Proven experience delivering complex projects in enterprise environments.

· Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

PREFERRED(GOOD TO HAVE)

· Certifications such as PMP,PRINCE2, or Agile (Scrum Master).

· Experience in government or regulated sector projects.

· Exposure to cloud, digital transformation, or infrastructure programs.

· Experience managing multi-vendor and distributed teams.
