Job Summary
Oversee and lead engineering service operations within the Singapore construction sector, driving project delivery that meets quality, safety, and regulatory standards while optimizing operational efficiency and team performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage engineering service operations on-site to ensure projects comply with quality and safety standards
- Coordinate cross-functional construction teams to deliver projects on schedule and within budget constraints
- Monitor and enforce adherence to all applicable construction regulations and safety requirements
- Develop and implement operational processes that enhance efficiency and improve project outcomes
- Provide targeted guidance and support to team members to resolve technical challenges and enhance performance
Required competencies and certifications
- Hold a valid Singapore Class 4 Driving License (as explicitly required)
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
- Demonstrate at least 10 years of work experience in the Singapore construction sector
