Security Officer (Industrial Building)

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for daily security operations of the industrial building, including access control for personnel and vehicles;
2. Conduct regular patrols of common areas such as factory zones, car parks, elevators, and corridors;
3. Manage visitors, contractors, renovation and maintenance personnel, including verification of passes and documents;
4. Maintain on-site order and respond to incidents or emergencies when required;
5. Support property management in implementing security policies, fire safety procedures, and emergency drills;
6. Maintain daily security logs and incident records.

Job Requirements

1. Physically fit, responsible, and able to work on shift schedules;
2. Prior experience in industrial parks, commercial buildings, or property security is preferred;
3. Basic communication skills; English communication ability is an advantage;
4. Familiar with basic security and fire safety procedures;
5. Disciplined, reliable, and able to follow instructions.
