Job Description

The HR Generalist is responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR operations in a licensed security company, ensuring regulatory compliance, manpower readiness, and daily operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, deployment, and offboarding of security personnel

  • Answer and manage all incoming office calls, including calls from security officers, clients, sites, and authorities

  • Act as primary HR contact for security officers regarding attendance, leave, deployment issues, and HR matters

  • Prepare and maintain employment contracts, confirmation letters, disciplinary letters, and HR documentation

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR trackers, and personnel files

Security Industry & PRD Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with PRD requirements for licensed security operations

  • Track security officer licensing, training validity, and renewal timelines

  • Prepare documentation and support PRD inspections, audits, and checks

  • Liaise with PRD, MOM, training providers, and relevant agencies as required

  • Support Work Permit applications, renewals, cancellations, and MOM submissions

Operational & Payroll Support:

  • Coordinate closely with Operations team on manpower deployment and scheduling

  • Verify attendance, overtime, relief deployment, and absenteeism records

  • Prepare accurate payroll inputs and support payroll processing

  • Monitor leave, medical certificates, and disciplinary follow-ups

Administrative & Reporting Duties:

  • Prepare HR reports for management and compliance purposes

  • Draft internal memos, official correspondence, and regulatory submissions

  • Support management in improving HR processes and SOPs

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field

  • Able to manage high call volume and operational issues calmly

  • Firm, organised, and able to handle sensitive matters professionally
