Security Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Perform roving patrols and specific security operations duty assigned by the Assistant Operations Manager or the Operations Manager.
• Complete Security team members’ time sheets, rosters, accidents and incident forms.
• Conduct security briefing/debriefing.
• Perform personnel bearing and equipment checks before deployment for shift
• Assist new team members with induction procedures for Security Officers (arrangements for team members ID cards, lockers and uniforms).
• Attend to all security incidents promptly and assist in the investigation of incidents and complaints when required.
• Recommend the appropriate disciplinary action for Security Service Department’s team members, as required.
• Ensure optimum guest service through the delivery of excellent customer service.
• Supervise the implementation of emergency procedures as outlined in the relevant Emergency Manual.
• Maintain professional skills by staying abreast of current developments and participating in developmental programs available within and outside the company.
• Perform other tasks within the IR as directed by the Vice President of Security Service Department or the delegated authority.

Job Requirements

Education & Certification
• Minimum ‘O’ level.
• Must have attained at least PRD Security Supervisor Grade.
• Must possess a valid Special Employee License during his/her employment.

Experience
• Preferably with experience with the military/police service/ security industry in a supervisory role.
• Good IT skills especially in MS Office.

• A team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Able to work shifts and do overtime.
• Able to handle stress and multi-task.
• Good written and communication skills.
