Command Centre Security Executive

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Command Centre Security Executive to join our team at AGS INTEGRATION PTE. LTD. (AGSI) in the Toh Guan West Region. This full-time role will be responsible for providing strategic, high-quality security services to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

1. Static duties include CCTV surveillance, virtual patrols, investigations, and access control remotely

2. Monitoring and responding to security alarms/alerts and incidents

3. Monitoring security equipment and systems, and coordinating with the tech team for repair and maintenance

4. Maintaining detailed records and reports of security activities

5. Liaise with on-site security personnel for daily operation

6. Developing and maintaining SOP, deployment plan and OJT list

7. Providing training and support to the security team

8. Liaising with clients, law enforcement, and other stakeholders to ensure the highest standards of security

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in security operations

2. Valid Security License with PWM grade of SSO and above.

3. Strong track record in punctuality and attendance

4. Strong understanding of security systems, protocols, and emergency response procedures

5. Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and stakeholders

6. Proficiency in data analysis and report writing

7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and make quick, informed decisions

8. Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights and weekends, as required
