About the Company
Our client is a large, complex organisation undergoing continuous digital evolution, operating in a highly security‑sensitive and regulated environment. As part of their efforts in scaling their Cyber Security teams significantly, they are actively hiring with multiple new headcounts.

Your New Role
This is a senior cybersecurity operations role within a central security leadership function, responsible for strengthening incident response, detection, and cyber resilience across a large enterprise environment.

You will design and govern incident response playbooks, provide hands‑on leadership during high‑severity security incidents, and oversee readiness exercises such as tabletop and resilience testing. The role also drives continuous monitoring, vulnerability management, and attack‑surface reduction, helping the organisation shift from reactive response to assumed‑breach resilience.

What You Will Need to Succeed
• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations, SOC management, or incident response
• Proven track record leading or advising on high‑severity security incidents
• Strong understanding of incident response, digital forensics, and malware analysis
• Experience operating across hybrid environments (on‑prem, cloud, and complex systems)
• Working knowledge of threat intelligence, MITRE ATT&CK, CVE/CVSS, and exploitation concepts
• Hands‑on experience with SIEM, SOAR, XDR, and EDR technologies
• Ability to remain composed and provide clear direction during crisis scenarios
• Relevant certifications such as GCIH, GCFA, CHFI, CISSP, or equivalent
