Cloud Engineering Lead (AWS) (Permanent)

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Cloud Engineering Lead to design, deliver, and operate secure and scalable AWS cloud solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will guide engineers, drive automation, and work closely with stakeholders to support business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage secure, scalable, and cost-effective AWS cloud infrastructure

• Lead and mentor cloud engineers, promoting DevOps and automation best practices

• Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and CI/CD pipelines

• Implement automation using AWS services and scripting tools

• Ensure cloud solutions meet security, compliance, and governance standards

• Work closely with stakeholders to align cloud solutions with business requirements

• Identify opportunities to improve system reliability, performance, and efficiency

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering, with leadership exposure

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, VPC, RDS, IAM, Lambda)

• Experience with Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools

• Good understanding of cloud security and compliance best practices

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• AWS certifications are an advantage
