Specialist, Cloud Operations and Managed Services (Security)

The Specialist, Cloud Operations and Managed Services (Security) is a team lead role. You will be responsible for the security tools maintenance, system monitoring, network and firewall, antivirus and intrusion detection. The role includes incident response support, vulnerability assessment, security audit, collaboration and documentation.

Cybersecurity System Maintenance
Regularly monitor and maintain security tools, firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS)

Incident Response Support
Assist in identifying, investigating, and responding to security incidents, providing first level troubleshooting and documentation

Liaison
Liaise with technology vendors for escalation where required
Vulnerability Assessment and Management
Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and patch management to ensure systems remain secure

Security Audit
Support security audit by gathering and preparing necessary logs and reports.
Ensure compliance with security best practices and regulatory standards

Collaboration
Work closely with IT teams, network engineers, and other stakeholders to implement security measures and support operational needs

Documentation
Maintain detailed documentation on security procedures, incidents, and the overall state of cybersecurity environment

Ideally, you should possess the following:

• Experience in leading a team of engineers in system/network implementation and operations
• Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
• Ability to work individually and multi-tasking
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong stakeholder management skill
• Experience in multiple cybersecurity domain such as endpoint protection, network security or IAM
• Certification in CISSP,
• Experience in Container Security and Key Management
