Job Summary
We are looking for a Cloud Ops Specialist to maintain and strengthen our security operations. The role involves monitoring security systems, supporting incident response, managing vulnerabilities, and ensuring compliance with security standards while working closely with IT and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain security tools including firewalls, antivirus, and IDS/IPS.

• Provide first-level support for security incidents, including investigation, documentation, and escalation.

• Coordinate with technology vendors for issue resolution when required.

• Conduct vulnerability assessments and manage patching activities.

• Support security audits by preparing logs, reports, and required documentation.

• Work closely with IT, network, and infrastructure teams to implement security controls.

• Maintain clear documentation of security procedures, incidents, and system status.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity operations or IT security.
• Experience leading and managing a team of engineers.
• Ability to lead teams supporting Day 1 and Day 2 operations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Team-oriented with a customer-focused mindset.
• Hands-on experience in at least one cybersecurity domain (Endpoint Security, Network Security, or IAM).
• Professional cybersecurity certifications preferred; CISSP or equivalent is an advantage.
• Experience with container security and key management is a plus.
